ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION, INC. boasts of quality electrical installation and engineering works, guided by no less than its sister company, KINETIC Consultancy thereby rendering all it’s projects the quality of work any reputable Consultant would expect. Electrical installation works include industrial buildings, commercial arcades and malls, and large residential buildings. Business operations has extended to as far as Cebu and Cagayan de Oro City. A branch office was established in Mandaue City Cebu to handle Vis-min projects.
The people behind KINETIC new that reliability of any electrical installation or system greatly depends on the integrity and quality of it’s circuit protection and panelboards, hence, LOADCENTER BUILDERS CORP. was established. LCBC was tasked by the Group to produce only quality load center panelboards and switchgear, motor control centers, manual and automatic transfer switch, cable trays and wire ways, as it’s main product line.

was envisioned to undertake corporate accounts, initially concentrating on electrical works, and later expand to handle other construction disciplines as may be determined by its Board of Directors.
